Coronavirus (COVID-19): How JB Enterprise is Preparing and Responding

To Our Valued Customers,

Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. I wanted to personally share an update on our efforts to help keep our employees and customers safe while simultaneously working to ensure our customers properties remain up and running during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

JB Enterprise is continuously monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local Authorities and are taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

JB Enterprise is an essential business that helps keep other key businesses and its staff equipped to carry out their weighty and much needed responsibilities. JB Enterprise’s customers include residential, commercial and hotel properties, all of whom rely on JB Enterprise for maintenance supplies which includes, to a greater extent now more than ever such items as safety products, personal protective equipment, sanitizers, cleaning supplies and equipment. Of course, due to Covid-19 concerns we are seeing an increased demand for these products. As a result, many of these items are now limited across our inventory and the inventory of our extended partners. Nonetheless, we are working to replenish and restock as quickly as possible. Further, we are in some instances also limiting the quantity we fulfill per order so that we may satisfy the need of multiple customers simultaneously. Backordered items will be fulfilled as soon as practicable.

We appreciate your patience while we work to ensure we continue to partner with you in addressing all of your building supply needs. Most importantly, we wish your continued safety during these challenging times.
