Coronavirus (COVID-19): How JB Enterprise is Preparing and Responding

To Our Valued Customers,

Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. I wanted to personally share an update on our efforts to help keep our employees and customers safe while simultaneously working to ensure we continue to address all of your property maintenance supply needs during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.


To help stop the spread of COVID-19, New York City and its Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is requiring workers in the private sector to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to their employers before entering the workplace. The employer must subsequently maintain a record of such proof. Employers, and/or a business (a “covered entity”) must exclude from the workplace any worker who has not provided such proof, unless an exception due to a religious or medical accommodation applies, or a worker only ever enters the workplace for a quick and limited purpose (i.e.,using the bathroom, making a delivery, or clocking in or out and receiving an assignment before leaving to begin a solitary assignment.).

This requirement goes into effect on December 27, 2021.

JB Enterprise is in full compliance with the Order of New York City’s Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH)to Require COVID-19 Vaccination in the Workplace, dated December 13, 2021, including the FAQ published by the City on December 20, 2021.
Records required by this Order are on file, and the required DOHMH attestation sign has been posted in a conspicuous location at The Company’s principal place of business.
