Compliant With Local Law 115?

Local Law 115 § 15-135 goes into effect November 15, 2019, requiring owners of multiple dwellings to post a notice in conspicuous locations indicating that in the event of a fire those escaping should close all doors behind them. 

It is recommended that the following sign be posted on the hallway side of all residential building stairwell doors.
